This exercise guides clients to experience a sense of calm and relaxing they may not have encountered before. Frequently nervous system states like hypervigilance and dissociation prevent the client from being free to focus and slow down. This is a special T.R.I.P application that uses key elements of the integrative skillset, the Permission and Projection process to help the brain, mind and body to slow down and experience a sense of calm or relaxation.
